Gardener

In my spare time, I am working on another animated short. My experience at DRAGON*CON last year was great, and I want to make sure that I get something in this year.
So, here's a character from my cartoon.
Of this is just a sketch. I would be insane to try and animate something with all of those lines.
I was playing around with the idea of animating it in Toon Boom, but the version I have, v2, is so buggy with my Cintiq that it's not worth the effort.
I was looking into Anime Pro, but then I realized that I just really like Flash, and I am always learning new stuff as I use it, so I'm going to stick with " who I brought to the dance".
I've already animated the opening :30 secs. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Merry Christmas!

I was really busy the past 6 weeks, and didn't have a chance to make a Christmas e-card for my clients and friends, but I had an inspiration!
I did a little change up on the first Flash animation I ever did.
Have a wonderful Christmas!

Fooksie has been really busy...

I love what I do. Being able to create characters, and making them come to life is something that I have wanted to do since I was drawing from Dr. Seuss books, sitting on my potty chair.
( No, not last week. Back when I was a little kid).
I have been animating a game for USATestprep. A game based on " Hangman ", but with a pirate theme.
Here is the opening screen shot.
I have also been working with Curtis 1000. These two jobs had a tiny moment of overlap.
I am animating some e-cards for them. I really like the way this one has turned out.
Here is a screen shot of it.

So, as this year is winding done, I am busy and very thankful for that.
I am also happy to report that next year appears to have more exciting projects for me to lend a hand to.
I'll keep you posted.

Have a Funky Thanksgiving

It's been a tough year, but we all have something to be thankful for.
Have a fantastic, funky Thanksgiving!

Hockey Spot

This last project was a lot of fun. I really like creating characters that have that old
"NES" look.
The animation is for a commercial in the New England area. Created in Flash and then exported out for video.

Plants vs Zombies

" Plants vs Zombies " is a fun game. Great game play, fun looking art, all in all a very well designed way to pass some time.
It inspired me to create this little drawing.

Vampire Dork

Hahahahh....I love puff pieces like this.
